Molly’s Den a Norfolk Holiday Cottage or Two Storey Apartment, whichever way you prefer, a lovely, Norfolk Self Catering Accommodation for Two.

Sarah and Robby hope to offer a little peace of mind and honesty, Molly’s Den isn’t a second home, it’s the front of our family home, a Spacious Two Floor Accommodation, always Immaculate on guests arrival, a place where privacy is observed, yet with a knowledge that we can generally be ‘grabbed’ if needed.

The price you pay for the Cottage is the one you see on the Prices page, there are no extras, you pay a deposit to book, then the balance is due two weeks before arrival, not eight weeks!

We always leave a ‘Welcome Pack’, even if you are only here for an Overnight Break, so you know that when you arrive, you can sit down, have a drink and some biscuits, use the bathroom and take stock straight away.

Molly’s Den has a great FREE DVD selection and FREE WIFI, mobile phones seem to work indoors and if work finds you even on holiday we do have a fax machine you can use, after nearly a year, we find many guests barely leave once they arrive.

We don’t dictate arrival and departure days, as sometimes a Long Weekend or a Short Break in the Norfolk Countryside is all the time that can be spared. You can book for an Overnight Stay, a Norfolk Weekend Break, Norfolk Short Break or for a full week Norfolk Holiday, simply look at our Availability Calendar which is always up to date, we leave it down to you!

Parking isn’t an issue here and bikes can be safely locked up, if you fancy a bike ride and you didn’t bring your own, we can lend you ours...

We do have a spare washing machine, it’s not in Molly’s Den, but if you are here for a week we would be happy to put a wash though for you, there is a clothes airer, iron and ironing board. There are also two torches, a hairdryer, hair straighteners and an alarm clock. The mattresses at Molly’s Den are really comfy; the same as our own, not cheap holiday cottage versions, the Linen is White Egyptian Cotton, simple and understated. Our blankets and throws are clean and fresh, and the mattresses and pillows are covered with protectors that are regularly washed. If anything is ever broken or damaged, we don’t just take it away, we replace it, so hopefully Molly’s Den will get better with age!

We are lucky to be located very close to Sandringham, and Wolferton,just five miles from Historic King’s Lynn and right on Norfolk Wildlife Trust’s Roydon Common, we have two decent and friendly pubs in the village, one serves traditional pub food, the other is a Camry awarded drinkers pub, and a Country Hotel that serves ‘finer’ food. So whilst Molly’s Den is a Self Catering Cottage, you don’t have to cook! If you give us an idea of what you like to do, then we can send you information about local events, places to visit, where to eat, geared personally to your Norfolk Holiday.
Finally, the whole family loves meeting new people, Molly’s Den isn’t a chore, it’s something we enjoy, if guests make suggestions we listen, if they are at ease so are we, ultimately it’s all very relaxed and unpretentious and happily many of our guests are now returning for repeat visits.
