Molly’s Den For Two, Norfolk Country Cottage Details
On the Ground Floor of Molly’s Den For Two, is the Light & Airy, Open Plan Living Area including Kitchen with Electric Hob, Oven, Fridge, Microwave and lots of things you might need when you are away from home. Molly’s Den is fully centrally heated and is double glazed. The Dining and Sitting Areas with Solid Oak Floor are comfortably furnished with Leather Sofa, Cushions and Table to enable you to chill out, read a book, watch the Flat Screen Television with Freeview or a DVD or just listen to a CD and have a snooze. Molly’s Den is well stocked with Books and DVD’s, there’s a Guest File with useful information about what to do, where to go, places to eat. Also our Guest Book, where genuine reviews are left for future visitors.
The shower room is on this level, the floor is fully tiled in Travertine. We supply White Egyptian Cotton Towels, soap, toilet rolls.
On the First Floor of Molly’s Den For Two, is the Lovely and Spacious Twin Bedroom complete with Locally made Cast Iron Beds, Handmade Mattresses, pushed together and made up with fresh Pima Cotton Linen, Cushions and Throws. A great room for relaxing anytime of the day. Two Velux windows and a large feature arch window with bespoke wooden shutters offer great light during the day, but with the benefit of blackout blinds for night time.
Outside is a Pretty Courtyard which has full morning sun. We have lock up space available for bikes and motorbikes and easy parking.
We Do Not allow pets and this is a No Smoking Accommodation.

On your arrival we offer a truly warm welcome, and will have stocked Molly's Den with tea, coffee, sugar & biscuits, milk, fresh bread and butter, meaning your time out can start as soon as you arrive. All linen and towels (Egyptian Cotton) are provided as well as washing up liquid, cloth, bin bag, liquid hand soap and toilet roll. Heating and hot water are included as is free WIFI.
Grocery Deliveries to Molly’s Den.
Food can be delivered to Molly's Den for guests arrival day, from Tesco and Sainsburys, Asda are now at South Wootton, just a couple of miles from us. Please phone 01485 609002 in advance so we can take delivery of your order. (Please use the address at the top of the page). There is a good farm shop Knights Hill Farm Shop on the roundabout the before the turning through Roydon Common.
In Roydon and local area.
We are lucky to be located adjacent to Norfolk Wildlife Trust’s Roydon Common, perfect for walking, cross country running, bird and wildlife watching and photography. Very close to Sandringham and Wolferton and just five miles from Historic King’s Lynn. There are two pubs in the village, plus Congham Hall Hotel which serves fine food and morning/afternoon teas. Roydon adjoins Congham, Grimston and Pott Row villages, offering local butchers shops, grocery store & doctors surgery.
Molly’s Den is a Self Catering Cottage, but, you don’t have to cook! If you give us an idea of what you like to do, then we can send you information about local events, places to visit, where to eat, geared personally to your Norfolk Holiday.
Special Occasions.
Many of our bookings are for a ‘special occasion’, such as a wedding proposal, wedding weekends & Honeymoons, memorable birthday or anniversary. We are happy to organise balloons, banners, chilled champagne, wine, flowers or chocolates, and we are able to keep a secret!! Please email us for further details.

Molly’s Den Norfolk Holiday Cottage/Two Storey Apartment, lovely, Norfolk Self Catering Accommodation for Two.
Always Immaculate on guests arrival, where privacy is observed, yet with a knowledge that we can generally be contacted if needed. If we aren’t about during your stay we can leave details of a local contact if needed and the neighbours are super friendly.
The price you pay for the accommodation is the one you see on the Prices page, you pay a deposit to book, then the balance is due an agreed number of weeks before arrival. Guests can pay either by cheque or bank transfer.

Molly’s Den has a fabulous DVD selection, many books and WIFI, mobile phones seem to work indoors.
We don’t dictate arrival and departure days, as sometimes a Long Weekend or a Short Break in the Norfolk Countryside is all the time that can be spared. You can book a Norfolk Weekend Escape, Norfolk Short Break or for a Full Week Norfolk Holiday, (during Christmas & New Year holidays we do ask for minimum bookings of 4 nights) simply look at our Availability Calendar which is always up to date, we leave it down to you!
Parking isn’t an issue, and bikes or motorbikes can be safely locked up.
There are torches, hairdryer, and an alarm clock available. If anything is broken or damaged, we don’t just take it away, we replace it, so hopefully this holiday cottage accommodation will get better with age!
Finally, we love to meet new people, Molly’s Den isn’t a chore, it’s something we enjoy, if guests make suggestions we listen, if they are at ease so are we, ultimately it’s all very relaxed and unpretentious and happily many of our guests return for repeat visits.
