Hidden away behind the original Molly’s Den is a truly relaxing and spacious place for two couples or a family. Contemporary and Immaculate, Open Plan Living downstairs and Two Double bedrooms (One Kingsize, one double with additional single bed) upstairs. One bedroom with walk in wardrobe and ensuite shower room, one with private bathroom (both bathrooms have travertine tiled floors and heated towel rails).
A wonderful and quiet place for a special celebration, a short break, weekend or holiday away. Perfect for a very special occasion or a week or two Norfolk Holiday.
With it’s enormous open plan living area looking out across the landscaped, private garden. This is an indulgent space for four, with all the usual Molly’s Den comforts, solid oak floor to the whole lower floor, a perfect haven for summer getaways or winter breaks.
Open Plan Hand Built and Painted Norfolk Kitchen
The well equipped hand built & painted kitchen has a five burner Rangemaster cooker with double ovens and grill. Dishwasher, two huge fridges, microwave oven built into the slate topped island unit and everything you could need to rustle up a relaxing meal for four. There is a washing machine and dryer in the utility room and space of hats, coats and shoes.
Garden Room Dining under the Stars
Take breakfast in the garden room watching the birds feed in the winter or sit outside in the garden during the summer for your first cup of tea of the day. Dinner at the large hand painted character table is a treat under the stars. This room is delightful at any time of year.
Sitting Rooms
Molly’s Den For Four offers two fabulous sitting areas. One arranged around the wood burning stove with solid oak lintel and comfy, quality two seater leather sofa and leather foot stool, perfect for snuggling in on an Autumn or Winter evening. One with 40 inch flat screen television, dvd player, and two big three seater leather sofas, overlooking the timber decking and onto the garden. In this sittng room are two great bookcases filled with books and dvds for guests use while staying!
Master Bedroom with Walk in Wardrobe and Ensuite Shower Room
A stunning bedroom with Kingsize bed looking towards Roydon Common to the front of the property. The bed will be made up on guests arrival with white Egyptian Cotton bed linen and throw.
Three drawer beside cabinet in pine each side of the bed, and large five drawer chest opposite. Two low level smaller cupboards for convenient storage plus the bonus of a walk in wardrobe. The wardrobe has three hanging rails, three shelves and a full length wall mounted mirror.
Ensuite Shower room with travertine tiles and underfloor heating.
Second Double Bedroom
Another lovely, light filled bedroom, with windows plus two Velux windows that look out over the garden to the rear. Double, cast iron brass and cream bed with thick handmade mattress, made up with white Egyptian Cotton Linen and cosy throw. Single bed. Built in wardrobe and two smaller low level cupboards each with double doors. Bedside chests with three drawers and lamps.
The Private Bathroom to the Second Bedroom at Molly’s Den For Four, Classic Simplicity, Travertine tiled floor, heated towel rail, toilet plus contemporary sink on hand built storage unit.
Unfortunately Molly’s Den ‘For Four’ is unable to accept pets.
